1.The reservation is confirmed with the payment of an advance of the 40% of the total amount , to be sent through postal order or credit transfer. The bank account will be sent to the guest with the personalized reservation form, once the house is selected.

The amount due must be paid cash at the arrival.

2. Within 2 working days from the receiving of the reservation form the guest must fax the module to the number
+39 6 66000622, signed and filled in each part with a copy of the payment of the advance and a copy of the GENERAL TERMS signed. This will confirm the reservation.

3.The cancellation of the stay must be done through fax to the number +39 6 66000622. In case of cancellation UNTIL 30 DAYS from the arrival date, the 50% of the advance will be given back.

In case of cancellation in a period shorter than 30 DAYS from the arrival date no money will be refunded.

4.The stay will begin at 5:00 PM of the arrival date and will end at 10:00 AM of the departure date.

Guests will have to leave the houses by this time to let the owners of the apartments clean up the rooms before the arrival of the next guests.

5.The reception is set to this time: arrival between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and the departure before10:00 AM. For particular requirement is possible to agree by telephone at the moment of the reservation.

At the entrust of the apartment the guest will have to pay a bail of € 300,00. This bail will be given back at the departure, unless possible damage. An appointment will be fixed to check possible damage.

6.The number of persons during the stay must be that one indicated in the reservation form. Penalty, the cancellation of the reservation and the loss of the advance. In case of addition of persons ahead of time, the guest will pay a supplement.. It is not allowed, unless possible preventive according with the guest, to cede the reservation to other people for the period of renting.

7.Animals are not allowed.

8.The price includes electricity, gas, heating and air conditioned. The final cleaning of the apartment it is not included in the price, it costs €50.00,  to be paid at the arrival with the total amount.

9. The guest will find the terms of reservation in the module that will receive to confirm the reservation of the apartment since those terms are part of it. In this case the guest will not be able to complain any defect due to a misreading of the general terms.

10. The renting  occur behalf the owners of the apartment. Residence Roma Vacanze is not responsible for any damage or malfunction of the facilities and services provided by other agencies: gas, electricity, water, sewer system, department of sanitation, maintenance of the streets. The complaints at the end of the stay will be considered to improve the service for the other guests.
